Yes, you can.

Can I play a card with 【Quick】 during a battle on my turn?

No, you cannot. Cards with 【Quick】 can only be used during battle on the opponent's turn.

Can I play multiple cards with 【Quick】 during a battle on the opponent's turn?

Yes, you can. First, choose 1 card you wish to play, play it, and resolve its effect. Then, if there is another card you wish to play, you may play it and resolve its effect.
