No, it does not.
I have three Pals in my base with different card names, none of which are 《Lamball – My First Pal》. Using the ability 〈Declare 1 card name. Choose all of your cards, and they get that declared card name in addition until end of turn.〉 of BP01-040 《Antique Dresser》, I added the card name 《Lamball – My First Pal》 to my cards. In this case, is the condition for BP01-100 《Beginning of the Adventure》 which states 〈If you have 3 or more Pals with 《My First》 in their different card names〉 fulfilled?
No, it is not fulfilled.
